Trefa has developed an aerating head which will make all this possible and to achieve the fine distribution of air or gas throughout the liquid and turn it into a fine foam. With the pre-mix chamber this process is divided into a breakdown of the gas bubbles in a gas-liquid mixture and, subsequently further diminishes the bubble size into micro-gas cells, the so called foaming process. 

This design of aerating head in the continuous aeration process offers the ultimate control of shear and temperature for typically heat sensitive products like egg-whites, fat creams, chocolates and chocolate spreads. 

Trefa is able to produce Aerators in several capacities and with several controls, depending on the product to be aerated. These models range from the smallest model (approx. 25 ltr/hour), for laboratory and small production purposes, up to the biggest (up to 15.000 ltr/hour) for industrial use.
